Based on a modern interpretation of an ancient Asian story, the concept design for new construction and interior renovation on a 30-acre site is to include 50 guest units and common areas made up for dining facility, bathhouse with wet and dry treatment rooms, lounge and exercise facility. Each area is created with a "Wabi Sabi" design approach and grows from research into ancient Japanese culture
