An Architectural Design Project for Real Estate Development at the Touristic Center of a Guaymas Marina Complex, The civil engineering to gain 14 mts. from the original "Malecon" destined to create land for tourist, commercial, and park developments with the addition of 2 main piers for a Marina. An artificial peninsula dedicated to gas and supplies with yacht workshops. The main corner in the development is a port for tourist cruises that will increase the financial influx in the city of Guaymas, Sonora.
